Ingredients:

  • Egg - 200 g (4 whole)
  • Parsley - 5 g
  • Olive oil - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 100 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cheddar cheese - 40 g

How to make:

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and gently fry chopped tomatoes
  2. Take a bowl and beat the eggs along with salt and pepper
  3. Pour the eggs into the pan and and scramble. Cook until it gets golden brown in colour
  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving
