Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 30 g
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Olives - 30 g
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Cucumber - 150 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 25 g
  • Lettuce - 20 g
  • Bacon - 90 g

How to make:

  1. Wash and dry lettuce and vegetables
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet (without oil)
  3. Mix together all the ingredients, add bacon, parmesan slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and oil, add salt to taste
