Ingredients:
- Spinach - 30 g
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Olives - 30 g
- Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Cucumber - 150 g
- Parmesan cheese - 25 g
- Lettuce - 20 g
- Bacon - 90 g
How to make:
- Wash and dry lettuce and vegetables
- Cook the bacon in a skillet (without oil)
- Mix together all the ingredients, add bacon, parmesan slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and oil, add salt to taste
