Ingredients:

  • Raspberry - 40 g
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Stevia - 2 ml (0.5 tsp)
  • Brazil nut - 30 g
  • Mixed nuts - 20 g
  • Yogurt 10% - 200 ml (0.8 cup)
  • Cream 30% - 65 ml

How to make:

  1. Whip the cream. Depending on your mixer, cream brand and temperature, you will need approx. 5-10 minutes
  2. Mix yogurt with whipped cream, add stevia and nuts. You can chop the nuts if you want. Top with the berries (fresh or frozen)
