Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Red pepper - 40 g (0.25 whole)
  • Avocado - 70 g (0.5 whole)
  • Black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Sea salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Red onion, chopped - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Pita - 45 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then put in cold water to cool
  2. Chop the avocado and red pepper into bite-sized chunks, finely chop the red onion, and arrange in a bowl
  3. Peel the egg and slice in half and arrange in the bowl. Drizzle a little olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pita
