Ingredients:

  • Water - 100 g (0.4 cup)
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Sunflower seeds - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Avocado - 20 g
  • Blueberry - 150 g (1 cup)
  • Rolled oats - 60 g (0.8 cup)

How to make:

  1. Add banana, avocado, blueberries, rolled oats, and water to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Put in a deep bowl ad garnish with sunflower seeds
