Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Raspberry - 225 g (1.5 cup)
- Whole-wheat bread - 40 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Avocado - 70 g (0.5 whole)
- Orange juice - 240 ml (1 cup)
How to make:
- Toast wheat bread in a toaster oven for 2-3 minutes
- Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and crack an egg into the pan. Add salt to taste. Place a lid on the pan and cook the egg for 3-4 minutes
- When the toast is done add the sliced avocado
- Place the egg on top of the avocado and enjoy
- Rinse raspberries for 10 seconds under cool running water, pat dry and served on the side
