Ingredients:

  • Red onion - 20 g (0.3 whole)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Balsamic vinegar - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Potato - 180 g (1 whole)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Tilapia fillet - 100 g (1 pcs)
  • Bell pepper - 50 g (0.25 whole)
  • Radish - 50 g (0.4 cup)
  • Dill - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Sunflower sprouts - 20 g (1 cup)

How to make:

  1. Wash tilapia, pour lemon juice, slice peeled potatoes, cover with olive oil and salt. Bake with fish in the oven for 30 minutes at 390 °F
  2. Make a salad: chop pepper, cucumber, mix with sprouts, radish, season with balsamic vinegar
  3. Sprinkle potatoes and fish with greens before serving
