Ingredients:

  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Broccoli - 50 g (0.5 cup)
  • Green beans - 50 g (0.4 cup)
  • Cauliflower - 50 g (0.5 cup)
  • Rice noodles - 30 g (0.2 cup)
  • Peas - 50 g (0.3 cup)
  • Dill - 5 g (1 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Add chopped vegetables to the broth, leave boiling for 10 minutes
  2. Add salt and spices
  3. Before the end of cooking - add noodles, leave it in the soup for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed
  4. Before serving - add chopped greens on a plate
