Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 100 g
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Butter - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Avocado - 30 g
  • Mackerel fillet - 200 g
  • Lettuce - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Bake mackerel in the oven at 400 °F for 20 minutes
  2. Sauté spinach in butter, season with salt
  3. Mix together lettuce and avocado, sprinkle with olive oil. Serve with fish
