Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Zucchini - 170 g
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Salmon - 70 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 g
  • Walnut - 40 g
  • Lettuce - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise, cook on the griddle or in a pan with oil
  2. Bake salmon in the oven at 400 °F for 20 minutes
  3. Place grilled zucchini in a large bowl, place salmon pieces on top, cover with lettuce, and sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice
