Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 20 g (0.25 cup)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Tilapia fillet - 150 g (1 pcs)
  • Green beans - 150 g (1.2 cup)
  • Cauliflower - 100 g (1 cup)

How to make:

  1. Coat tilapia with lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes
  2. Put the fish in a baking dish with chopped vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 °F
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and sesame seeds when serving
