Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Raspberry - 50 g (0.4 cup)
- Baking powder - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
- Banana - 150 g (1.5 whole)
- Buckwheat flour - 50 g (0.4 cup)
- Vegetable oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 220 ml (1 cup)
- Coconut slices - 50 g (0.5 cup)
How to make:
- Mash the banana using a fork or blender until soft and mix it with all the ingredients (excluding raspberries and coconut)
