Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Raspberry - 50 g (0.4 cup)
  • Baking powder - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Banana - 150 g (1.5 whole)
  • Buckwheat flour - 50 g (0.4 cup)
  • Vegetable oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 220 ml (1 cup)
  • Coconut slices - 50 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Mash the banana using a fork or blender until soft and mix it with all the ingredients (excluding raspberries and coconut)
  2. Warm up the frying pan, grease it with butter, and bake your pancakes until ready
  3. Serve with coconut slices and raspberries
