Ingredients:
- Banana - 170 g
- Poppy seed - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Apricot, dried - 30 g
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
- Rolled oats - 70 g
- Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
- Cottage cheese 5% - 200 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Mix cottage cheese with poppy seeds. Mash banana with a fork and add to cottage cheese
- Grind rolled oats in a blender into a powder and add the resulting curd the ground oats. Mix everything and pour into a mold. Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Top casserole with yogurt and berries
