Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Coconut cream - 10 ml (1 tbsp)
- Water - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
- Coconut oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Buckwheat flour - 90 g (0.8 cup)
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Blueberry - 150 g (1 cup)
- Coconut flakes - 15 g (3 tbsp)
How to make:
- Beat coconut flakes, banana, eggs, flour and water in a blender
- To fry pancakes, grease the pan with a thin layer of oil and pour a thin layer of dough
- For topping, beat blueberries and the coconut cream, cover pancakes before serving
