Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 50 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Chicken liver - 200 g
  • Bell pepper - 100 g
  • Butter, melted - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Bulgur - 60 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the bulgur, add butter after cooking
  2. Preheat the oil, add the onion cut into half-moon slices
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes, add the liver. Cook it, turn it over several times over medium heat for about 10–15 minutes
  4. For the salad, cut all the vegetables, season with lemon juice
  5. Serve the bulgur with the salad and cooked liver
