Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Onion - 70 g
- Banana - 50 g
- Cucumber - 100 g
- Tomato - 50 g
- Mushroom - 50 g
- Bulgur - 35 g
- Peanut butter, sugar-free - 20 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oil, simmer the onion and chopped mushrooms
- Add the washed bulgur, add water and cook with the lid on for 20 minutes (until the bulgur is ready)
- Prepare the salad from the fresh vegetables, season with lemon juice
- For dessert – cut the banana lengthwise, pour the nut paste over the fruit
