Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Brown rice, cooked - 100 g
- Flank steak - 110 g
- Onion, sliced - 90 g
- Bell pepper, sliced - 170 g
- Pinto beans, canned and drained - 130 g (0.5 cup)
How to make:
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add the flank steak. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side
- In another non stick pan add olive oil and heat pan over medium heat. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion and saute for 5-7 minutes stirring frequently. Add a dash of salt to the bell pepper
- Heat beans for about 1 minute in the microwave
- Serve flank steak and veggies together
