Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Butter - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Avocado - 60 g
  • Mixed green salad - 70 g
  • Shrimp, cooked - 80 g
  • Buckwheat - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the grain, add butter after cooking
  2. For the salad, slice the avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice
  3. Slice the tomatoes and tear the salad leaves with your hands
  4. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the shrimp and chopped dill
  5. Season with olive oil
