Ingredients:

  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 150 g (2 whole)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Green onion - 20 g (2 pcs)
  • Ginger - 2 g (1 tsp)
  • Chicken thigh, boneless - 200 g (2 pcs)
  • Sesame oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Noodle - 20 g (0.3 cup)

How to make:

  1. Chop the chicken into small pieces and boil
  2. Meanwhile, clean the onions, carrots and ginger to prepare the broth
  3. Heat a dry pan and simmer chopped onions with carrots under a cover
  4. When ready, add the mixture to the boiled broth with ginger. Cook for about 30-40 minutes
  5. Peel the remaining ginger and the garlic, and finely chop with a knife. Warm up oil in a pan, add spices and chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes
  6. Add stewed tomatoes and noodles to the boiled chicken. Cook all the ingredients together for a couple of minutes
  7. When serving, sprinkle your dish with herbs
