Ingredients:

  • Parsley - 50 g
  • Butter - 15 g
  • Onion - 20 g
  • Curry powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Peanut butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Broccoli - 130 g
  • Chicken fillet - 115 g
  • Coconut cream 24% - 50 ml

How to make:

  1. Place Dutch oven on low heat, melt the butter, add spices
  2. Add sliced onion and cook for 1-2 minutes
  3. Cut and add chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Next, add chopped broccoli, pour over coconut cream, cook for 10 more minutes. Season with salt
  4. Before serving top chicken curry with peanut butter and sprinkle with herbs
