Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 30 g
  • Olive oil - 20 ml (4 tsp)
  • Cream cheese - 60 g
  • Cucumber - 100 g
  • Pesto sauce - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Chicken fillet - 170 g

How to make:

  1. Tenderize the meat, season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese on chicken, fold and fix with toothpicks making a pocket. Preheat oven to 390 °F (200 °C) and bake for 20 minutes
  2. When serving - take out the toothpicks. Top the chicken with pesto sauce. Serve with spinach, sliced cucumber sprinkled with oil
