Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Grapes - 140 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Soy sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Brown rice, cooked - 100 g
- Broccoli, chopped - 180 g (2 cup)
- Bell pepper, chopped - 90 g (1 cup)
- Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, thinly sliced - 110 g
- Garlic clove, minced - 3 g (1 pcs)
- Carrot, sliced - 60 g (0.5 cup)
How to make:
- In a pan add 1 tsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add in sliced chicken and 1 tsp of soy sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked
- Remove chicken and add all the vegetables and garlic- saute for 3-5 minutes
- Serve with vegetables and chicken together
- Serve grapes for dessert
