Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Grapes - 140 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Brown rice, cooked - 100 g
  • Broccoli, chopped - 180 g (2 cup)
  • Bell pepper, chopped - 90 g (1 cup)
  • Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, thinly sliced - 110 g
  • Garlic clove, minced - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Carrot, sliced - 60 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. In a pan add 1 tsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add in sliced chicken and 1 tsp of soy sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked
  2. Remove chicken and add all the vegetables and garlic- saute for 3-5 minutes
  3. Serve with vegetables and chicken together
  4. Serve grapes for dessert
