Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Whole-wheat bread - 100 g
  • Olives - 80 g
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Arugula - 10 g (0.5 cup)
  • Chickpeas, canned - 100 g
  • Parsley, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Salt and black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)

How to make:

  1. In a small bowl, mix chickpeas, chopped olives, arugula and parsley and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper
  2. Slightly mash the mass using a fork or blend in a blender
  3. Add olive oil, mix well, spread the mixture on a slice of bread and serve
