Ingredients:

  • Raspberry - 150 g
  • Cinnamon - 1 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Nuts, chopped - 10 g
  • Coconut yogurt - 50 ml (0.2 cup)
  • Rolled oats - 85 g (1 cup)
  • Coconut flakes - 10 g (2 tsp)
  • Dark chocolate 80% - 10 g

How to make:

  1. Bring water to a boil. Cook rolled oats
  2. When ready, add pieces of dark chocolate and mix thoroughly
  3. Serve the cooked oatmeal with raspberries, yogurt, and nuts
