  • Berries of choice - 35 g
  • Banana - 120 g
  • Walnut - 5 g
  • Coconut yogurt - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
  • Flax seeds - 13 g (1 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Mix the coconut yogurt with berries, banana slices, sprinkle the seeds on top and crush the walnuts on top. Serve
