Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 140 g (9 pcs)
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Potato - 180 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.6 g (2 pinch)
  • Rocket - 100 g (2.5 cup)
  • Tuna steak - 165 g
  • Clementine - 74 g (1 whole)

How to make:

  1. Pat the tuna steak dry, sprinkle on a little salt and pepper, and place under a medium-high grill for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the steak and return to the grill for another 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  2. If using canned tuna, drain the tuna and set aside
  3. Peel the potato and cut into cubes. Boil in salted water for 10 minutes or until cooked
  4. Put the rocket in a bowl, add the cherry tomatoes cut in halves
  5. In a small bowl combine the olive oil and lemon juice with some salt and pepper and pour the dressing over the salad
  6. Serve the tuna steak with the salad and potato
