Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Coconut milk - 50 ml (0.2 cup)
  • Strawberry - 150 g
  • Brazil nut - 35 g
  • Couscous - 90 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil couscous
  2. Mix chia seeds with milk and add to the boiled couscous. Grind nuts and sprinkle over couscous. Top with strawberries when serving
