Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Cucumber - 150 g
- Sesame seeds - 8 g (2 tsp)
- Orange - 160 g (1 whole)
- Green beans - 300 g
- Mint, chopped - 25 g (0.5 cup)
- Falafel - 170 g
How to make:
- Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and leave aside to cool a little
- Finely chop the cucumber and mint. Combine the cucumber and mint with the green beans, then sprinkle with seeds and drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil
- Serve with falafel and an orange for dessert
