Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Cucumber - 150 g
  • Sesame seeds - 8 g (2 tsp)
  • Orange - 160 g (1 whole)
  • Green beans - 300 g
  • Mint, chopped - 25 g (0.5 cup)
  • Falafel - 170 g

How to make:

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and leave aside to cool a little
  2. Finely chop the cucumber and mint. Combine the cucumber and mint with the green beans, then sprinkle with seeds and drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil
  3. Serve with falafel and an orange for dessert
