Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 100 g
- Butter - 10 g (2 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Salmon - 270 g
- Dill - 5 g
- White mushroom - 100 g
- Spring onion - 5 g
How to make:
- Heat the half of butter in the pan and fry salmon on both sides. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice before serving
- Cook cubed zucchini and mushrooms in the rest of the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with fish. Top with greens
