Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 100 g
  • Butter - 10 g (2 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Salmon - 270 g
  • Dill - 5 g
  • White mushroom - 100 g
  • Spring onion - 5 g

How to make:

  1. Heat the half of butter in the pan and fry salmon on both sides. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice before serving
  2. Cook cubed zucchini and mushrooms in the rest of the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with fish. Top with greens
