Ingredients:

  • Egg - 200 g (4 pcs)
  • Apple - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Tomato - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Bell pepper - 60 g
  • Orange - 100 g
  • Broccoli - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Coarsely chop broccoli, bell pepper, tomato, put the ingredients on the preheated pan, add parsley / dill, spices to taste, simmer for 2-5 minutes
  2. Break 2 eggs, shake, and cover vegetables with the this mix
