Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
- Spinach - 50 g
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 100 g
- Sesame seeds - 15 g
- Blueberry - 100 g
- Herbs - 15 g
- Whole grain crispbread - 30 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oil in a skillet
- Chop the vegetables, add them to the oil and simmer a little
- Beat an egg with a fork and add 1 tbsp of water. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Pour the eggs onto the vegetables, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover and cook until the eggs set
- After cooking, sprinkle with herbs
- Prepare the crispbread for the Frittata
