Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
  • Spinach - 50 g
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Sesame seeds - 15 g
  • Blueberry - 100 g
  • Herbs - 15 g
  • Whole grain crispbread - 30 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oil in a skillet
  2. Chop the vegetables, add them to the oil and simmer a little
  3. Beat an egg with a fork and add 1 tbsp of water. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Pour the eggs onto the vegetables, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover and cook until the eggs set
  5. After cooking, sprinkle with herbs
  6. Prepare the crispbread for the Frittata
  7. For dessert – berries
