Ingredients:
- Egg - 45 g (1 pcs)
- Almond milk - 35 ml (0.15 cup)
- Baking powder - 5 g (1 tsp)
- Berries of choice - 60 g
- Banana - 40 g (0.4 whole)
- Almond flour - 20 g (0.15 cup)
- Almond butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Oat flour, gluten-free - 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Avocado oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
How to make:
- In a blender mix all ingredients apart from the berries. Let it rest for 5 minutes
- Preheat a skillet, grease with a thin layer of oil. Fry pancakes. Before serving sprinkle with berries and add almond butter
