Ingredients:

  • Egg - 45 g (1 pcs)
  • Almond milk - 35 ml (0.15 cup)
  • Baking powder - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Berries of choice - 60 g
  • Banana - 40 g (0.4 whole)
  • Almond flour - 20 g (0.15 cup)
  • Almond butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Oat flour, gluten-free - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Avocado oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)

How to make:

  1. In a blender mix all ingredients apart from the berries. Let it rest for 5 minutes
  2. Preheat a skillet, grease with a thin layer of oil. Fry pancakes. Before serving sprinkle with berries and add almond butter
