Ingredients:
- Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Tahini - 25 g (1.5 tbsp)
- Tilapia fillet - 220 g (1 pcs)
- Broccoli - 100 g (1 cup)
- Cauliflower - 100 g (1 cup)
- Whole grain toast - 70 g (2 slice)
How to make:
- Pour lemon juice over the fish, add some salt and bake in the oven at 392 °F for 20 minutes
- Boil the cabbage for 5-7 minutes until it's al dente and add tahini
- Serve the fish with vegetables and toast
