Ingredients:
- Honey - 10 g (1.5 tsp)
- Walnut - 15 g
- Sunflower seeds - 20 g (2 tbsp)
- Greek yogurt, fat-free - 110 ml
- Grapefruit - 340 g
How to make:
- Cut the grapefruit in half and place under a medium-high grill for 4-5 minutes, or until browned
- Drizzle honey on the grapefruit and serve with Greek yoghurt and sunflower seeds
