Ingredients:

  • Salmon, smoked - 90 g
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Rye bread - 80 g
  • Dill, chopped - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cucumber, sliced - 110 g (1 cup)

How to make:

  1. Toast the rye bread and put on a plate. Top the toast with smoked salmon, some sliced cucumbers, a drizzle of lemon juice and a pinch of chopped dill. Serve
