Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 15 g (0.5 cup)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 100 g (6 pcs)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Arugula - 15 g (0.5 cup)
  • Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Sweet potato - 180 g (1 whole)
  • Ginger, ground - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Tuna steak - 220 g (1 pcs)

How to make:

  1. For the marinade, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the fish for 15-20 minutes. Fry the steak on each side for 3-4 minutes in a well-heated skillet or grill
  2. Divide sweet potatoes into wedges and salt to taste. Bake until soft in the oven at 400 °F
  3. Wash and chop the greens. Mix them with chopped cherry, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt
