Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Onion - 15 g
  • Tomato - 20 g
  • Apple cider vinegar - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Avocado - 210 g (1.5 whole)
  • Coriander, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Baby spinach - 40 g (2 cup)
  • Celery stick - 180 g
  • Low carb bread - 40 g

How to make:

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork
  2. Finely chop the tomato, onion and coriander and mix into the avocado
  3. Add a little salt and pepper to taste
  4. Rinse and trim the celery sticks
  5. Place the baby spinach in a bowl
  6. In a separate bowl combine the olive oil and apple cider vinegar and pour this mixture over the spinach
  7. Serve the salad with the guacomole, celery sticks and low carb bread
