Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Almond - 30 g (3 tbsp)
  • Kale - 72 g
  • Apple cider vinegar - 8 ml (1.5 tsp)
  • Avocado - 210 g (1.5 whole)
  • Hemp seeds - 30 g (3 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Trim the thick stalks from the kale, roughly chop and steam it for 5 minutes
  2. Place the kale in a bowl to cool
  3. Slice the avocado and place on top of the kale
  4. Roughly chop the almonds
  5. Scatter the hemp seeds and chopped almonds over the kale
  6. In a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients with a little salt and pepper
  7. Pour this mixture over the salad and serve
