Ingredients:
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Lime juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Bell pepper - 60 g (0.5 whole)
- King prawn - 240 g
- Cashew nut - 16 g (10 pcs)
- Ginger - 2 g (1 tsp)
- Coriander, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Chinese cabbage - 200 g
- Grape seed oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
How to make:
- Shred the cabbage, deseed and slice the bell pepper, peel and slice the onion and grate the ginger
- Head a large skillet over a high heat and add the oil and 2 tbsp water, then stir fry the vegetables with the ginger for 5 minutes until softened
- Add the prawns and cook until heated through. Squeeze over the lime juice, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and nuts, add fresh coriander to taste
