Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 20 ml (1.5 tbsp)
- Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Onion - 60 g (1 whole)
- Tomato - 130 g (1 whole)
- Mushroom - 100 g
- Green beans - 80 g
- King prawn - 200 g
- Green salad - 200 g
How to make:
- Prepare the skewers, skin the king prawns, chop the mushrooms in half, cut the tomatoes and onion into large chunks
- Thread the vegetables and king prawns onto the skewers then place them under a medium grill for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through
- Trim the green beans and blanche in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, remove and cool
- In a small bowl mix the olive oil and lemon juice
- Place the skewers on a plate with the salad and green beans, and drizzle over the salad dressing
