Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 20 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Onion - 60 g (1 whole)
  • Tomato - 130 g (1 whole)
  • Mushroom - 100 g
  • Green beans - 80 g
  • King prawn - 200 g
  • Green salad - 200 g

How to make:

  1. Prepare the skewers, skin the king prawns, chop the mushrooms in half, cut the tomatoes and onion into large chunks
  2. Thread the vegetables and king prawns onto the skewers then place them under a medium grill for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through
  3. Trim the green beans and blanche in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, remove and cool
  4. In a small bowl mix the olive oil and lemon juice
  5. Place the skewers on a plate with the salad and green beans, and drizzle over the salad dressing
