Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Coriander - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Grapes - 40 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cilantro - 20 g (4 tbsp)
  • Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Ginger, ground - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Strawberry - 30 g
  • Bell pepper - 30 g
  • Orange - 30 g
  • Paprika - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Mixed nuts - 20 g
  • Red lentils - 40 g (0.2 cup)
  • Pita - 30 g

How to make:

  1. For paste: soak lentils for 20-30 minutes, rinse well until the water runs clear
  2. Meanwhile, in a deep saucepan with water, stew onion and garlic and add spices
  3. Bring water to a boil
  4. When the water begins to boil, add lentils. Removing the foam, stew for another 20 minutes until the lentils are ready. Drain water and add oil. Blend stewed onion with spices in a blender
  5. Unfold pita bread and spread lentil paste over it. Top with chopped vegetables and greens, roll up
  6. For a fruit dessert: wash and chop fruit and sprinkle with chopped nuts
