- Lentils - 100 g
- Cauliflower - 150 g
- Cashew nut - 40 g
- Dill - 10 g (2 tbsp)
- Vegan cheese - 45 g
How to make:
- Boil pre-soaked lentils. The weight of it when it's ready - 130 g
- Add nuts to the prepared lentils (and salt / pepper / greens to taste)
- Steam cauliflower/boil in the boiled water for 5 minutes, put with lentils, add crumbled vegan cheese, and mix
