Ingredients:

  • Parsley - 10 g (2 tbsp)
  • Lentils - 100 g
  • Cauliflower - 150 g
  • Cashew nut - 40 g
  • Dill - 10 g (2 tbsp)
  • Vegan cheese - 45 g

How to make:

  1. Boil pre-soaked lentils. The weight of it when it's ready - 130 g
  2. Add nuts to the prepared lentils (and salt / pepper / greens to taste)
  3. Steam cauliflower/boil in the boiled water for 5 minutes, put with lentils, add crumbled vegan cheese, and mix
