Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Green beans - 200 g
- Sage - 2 g (1 tsp)
- Pesto sauce - 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Turkey mince - 140 g
- Lettuce, leaf - 30 g (4 leaves)
- Garlic clove, minced - 2 g (0.5 pcs)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Onion, finely chopped - 30 g (0.3 whole)
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
- Place oil in a saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over a low heat until softened
- Place the turkey mince into a large bowl and mix with the chopped herbs, salt and pepper and the onion mixture. Then shap into 1 large or 2 small burgers
- Place the burgers into the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until browned on top and cooked through
- While the burgers are cooking, trim the green beans and blanch in boiling salted water
- Serve the turkey burgers wrapped in large lettuce leaves with green beans and some pesto. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and olive oil
